Digital Twins as Path Intelligence

Most organizations commit to transformation paths without simulating consequences first. Rework, cost overruns, and adoption friction are discovered in production, not in planning. A decision twin changes this: it models behavior and constraints to compute outcomes before resources are committed. Scenarios become testable. Risk becomes visible.
